Here is how to sign in for the first time, how agency owners sign up, and how to set up your profile and password.
Agents and supervisors don't sign up: your admin creates your login. Enter your Username and Password, and select Sign In.
Use the username your admin gave you, not your email address. If you forget your password, your admin can reset it.
Agency owners sign up instead. The person icon in the side menu opens Agency Sign Up.
Step one is your agency: its name, phone number, address, email, and industry.
Select Next. Step two is the administrator account: your name, the username you'll sign in with, a password of at least eight characters, your phone, and your email.
Step three shows the initial charges: fifty dollars a month for the administrator seat, plus one hundred dollars to fund the agency wallet.
Enter a credit card, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and select Complete Sign Up.
Once you're in, open your username at the top right, and select Profile.
In Edit Profile, check your name, and add your email and phone number. Your email is used for notifications, like voicemail alerts. Then select Update Profile.
To change your password, open Settings from the same menu, go to Security, and select Change Password.
Enter your current password, then the new one twice, and confirm.
On the same tab, Session Timeout signs you out after thirty minutes to eight hours without activity. The default is one hour.

There are two ways in. Agency owners sign up their agency on the sign-up page. Agents and supervisors do not sign up: an admin creates their login, and they sign in with it.
Sign in
- Go to the AgentTech Dialer sign-in page.
- Enter your Username and Password and select Sign In.
Agents and supervisors get their username and password from their admin; no invitation email is sent. If you forget your password, ask your admin to reset it (see Managing Agents). There is no self-service reset link on the sign-in page.
Sign up a new agency
Owners create the agency and its first administrator in three steps. The person icon in the sign-in page's side menu opens Agency Sign Up.
- Agency Information: Agency Name, Agency Phone Number, the address (Address Line 1, optional Line 2, City, State, ZIP Code), Agency Email and Industry. All but Line 2 are required; Next checks the address.
- Administrator Account: First Name, Last Name, Username (your login), Password (at least 8 characters) and Confirm Password, Phone Number, Email Address.
- Payment Information: review the initial charges, enter a credit card, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and select Complete Sign Up.

Update your profile
Open your name in the top-right corner and select Profile. Check your details and fill in the Edit Profile form, then select Update Profile.

The Personal Information card also shows your username, role, agency and current status.
Change your password
- Open Settings from the same menu and go to Security.
- Select Change Password, enter your current password and the new one twice, and confirm.
Session Timeout on the same tab signs you out after 30 minutes, 1 hour (the default), 4 hours or 8 hours without activity.
Common problems
- Sign-in fails: usernames are not email addresses; check yours with your admin, who can also reset the password.
- Signed out while working: raise Session Timeout under Settings > Security.
