AgentTech I/O is hiring a Web Designer to own the look, feel, and conversion performance of our public marketing site, landing pages, and in-product brand surfaces. You will pair tightly with marketing, product, and engineering to ship pages that are beautiful, fast, accessible, and on-brand. This is an in-office role at our New Port Richey, FL headquarters — we are a hands-on, in-person team and you will be at the table for whiteboard sessions, design critiques, and rapid iteration.

What you'll do

Design and ship marketing pages, campaign landers, blog templates, and email layouts.
Maintain and evolve our visual brand system (typography, color, spacing, iconography, illustration).
Translate written briefs into wireframes, hi-fi mockups, and production-ready assets.
Build responsive, accessible (WCAG AA) layouts that perform well on mobile and slow networks.

AgentTech I/O is hiring a Senior Software Engineer who lives in the weeds of realtime communication. We run a fully custom-built, web-native voice platform — no off-the-shelf PBX bolted to a UI. We need an engineer who is genuinely fluent in the plumbing and piping of realtime audio: SIP signaling internals, SDP negotiation, RTP/SRTP media transport, codec selection, jitter buffers, ICE/STUN/TURN, NAT traversal, carrier interconnect, and WebRTC end-to-end. You should be the person teammates page when a one-way audio bug only reproduces on a specific carrier, or when we need to shave 80ms off post-dial delay.

This is an in-office role at our New Port Richey, FL headquarters. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the platform team on services that handle live calls in production for insurance call centers around the country.

What you'll do

Design, build, and operate the core realtime services that handle inbound and outbound calls at scale.
Own end-to-end call quality: signaling correctness, media path latency, jitter, packet loss, and codec behavior.
Debug deep VoIP issues using packet captures (Wireshark, sngrep, tcpdump) and SIP/RTCP traces.
Improve NAT traversal, ICE candidate selection, and TURN relay behavior across mixed network conditions.
Tune carrier SIP trunking, DID provisioning, and interconnect routing for reliability and cost.
Work on WebRTC browser softphone behavior — getUserMedia, audio constraints, AEC/AGC/NS, transport selection.
Improve telemetry: RTCP-XR, MOS scoring, per-leg call quality dashboards, and SLA alerting.
Harden the platform against fraud, toll abuse, and SIP attack patterns.
Mentor other engineers on realtime fundamentals; raise the bar on testing and observability for media services.

What we're looking for

7+ years building production backend systems, with 4+ years specifically on realtime voice / VoIP.
Deep, hands-on knowledge of the SIP protocol — methods, dialogs, transactions, headers, registrations, refer/transfer flows, and edge cases.
Strong working knowledge of SDP offer/answer, RTP/SRTP, RTCP, DTMF (RFC 2833 / SIP INFO), and audio codecs (Opus, G.711, G.722).
Real experience with WebRTC internals: ICE, STUN, TURN, DTLS-SRTP, and browser media pipelines.
Comfortable diagnosing call quality from packet captures, not just logs.
Experience with carrier-grade SIP trunking, E.164 numbering, LATA/LRN routing, and interconnect troubleshooting.
Strong systems engineering background — Linux networking, Docker/containers, latency-sensitive services.
Fluency in at least one of: Go, Rust, C/C++, or modern Python for media-adjacent services.
Calm, methodical debugger. Bonus points if you have ever read a packet capture for fun.

Own pipeline-generated metrics: dials, conversations, meetings booked, meetings held, SQOs created.
Build and maintain outbound playbooks, call scripts, email sequences, and objection libraries.
Run daily standups, call reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
