What "sharing" means here

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or pixels on this site. The one thing that counts as "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act is this: when you arrive from one of our ads and later take an action we measure (book a demo, request a video, contact us, sign up), we may report that conversion back to the advertising platform you came from (Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn) together with the click identifier that platform attached to the link, and, where the platform requires it, a one-way hash of your email address. That tells the platform which ads work. It is the only data we share for advertising purposes.

Your current status

Not opted out. Conversions from this browser may be reported to the ad platform you arrived from, as described above.

Adding your email applies the choice to our records about you on every device and browser, not just this one. We use it only to find and flag those records.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as this same opt-out for that browser with no further action from you. Browsers sending GPC or Do Not Track are also measured by our own analytics without any cookie or persistent identifier.

What does not change

Opting out does not stop our own first-party analytics (which never leave our servers), does not affect emails you have subscribed to (unsubscribe links are in every email), and does not change how the AgentTech Dialer works for customers. To delete your information entirely, or to exercise any other right, email privacy@agenttech.io or see Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
