One record from first contact to retention.

Call center agents capture application data when they disposition a sale. Field brokers submit business. Both create the same submitted policy, and the carrier statement moves it to paid.

  1. LeadAn inbound call or a field lead, with recording and source.
  2. SoldThe sale is dispositioned with the required application data.
  3. SubmittedProduction that is not yet in force.
  4. IssuedThe carrier has put the policy in force.
  5. PaidA statement line matched the policy. Unmatched lines and chargebacks are surfaced.
  6. RetainedPersistency tracked, with declined, cancelled, lapsed, and chargeback exceptions.

Built for the whole network, not one office.

One tenant per FMO. Beneath it, partner and downline agencies nest to any depth, and every screen adapts to the signed-in role.

  • Field brokers and call center agents are both first-class producers.
  • Row access follows the agency path, so an FMO owner reaches the whole tenant and nothing outside it.
  • Administrators can "view as" any role in their downline to see exactly what that user sees.
  • White-label branding per tenant, with verified custom domains.

FAQs

Questions about AgentTech 360

What is AgentTech 360?

AgentTech 360 is multi-tenant agency management software for Medicare and Life insurance FMOs. Each FMO runs its entire distribution network on the platform: partner and downline agencies, field brokers, and the call center, with role-based access throughout. Its contact-center core is the next generation of AgentTech Dialer.

How does the agency hierarchy work?

Each FMO is a tenant at the top of its own agency tree. Partner and downline agencies nest to any depth, and every agency, producer, lead, call, policy, and commission belongs to exactly one tenant. Data never crosses tenant boundaries except for the platform operator.

Does it support field brokers and call center agents?

Yes. Both are first-class producers. Field brokers work their own book of business and submit business directly; call center agents work queues, disposition leads, and book policies. Both paths create the same submitted policy record.

Does AgentTech 360 include quoting and enrollment?

Yes. Quote and Enroll is a workspace inside the CRM, powered by Solved Enrollment. Agents pull plan details, compare options, save the quote to the contact, and hand off to enrollment without leaving the call.

Which products can tenants sell?

Medicare Advantage (MA and MAPD), Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, Dental, Vision and Hearing, Hospital Indemnity, Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, Indexed Universal Life, Universal Life, and Annuities (fixed, indexed, and MYGA).

Can we white-label it?

Yes. Branding resolves from registered hosts, and verified custom domains are served with automatic TLS. Users can hold memberships in more than one FMO and switch tenants from the workspace switcher.
