The call routing engine that knows what happened after the call.
Real-time bidding, campaigns, buyers, and publishers, running on the same platform as your queues, agents, CRM, compliance scoring, and commissions.
Standalone routing platforms hand the call to your dialer and stop. Ours follows it to the policy.

FAQs
Questions about Call Routing
What is AgentTech Call Routing?
A real-time bidding call marketplace and routing engine inside AgentTech 360. Publishers feed campaigns, buyers set targets, and any agency queue can subscribe to a campaign. Per-campaign economics (bid range, cost per call, daily cap, status) and an economics overview (resale revenue, margin, top buyers, publisher sourcing) are built in.
How is it different from a standalone call routing platform?
Standalone routing platforms hand the call to your dialer and stop there. AgentTech routes the call into a queue on the same platform, so the call, the agent, the recording, the compliance score, the policy, and the commission are one record. You see what a publisher's calls turned into, not just whether they connected.
Can publishers route into our existing queues?
Yes. Every call source is a publisher queue with its own SIP address. Publishers can route to standard queues (your agents), global queues (aggregated availability across teams with round-robin and failover), or external queues (third-party dialers via webhook).
Does it support real-time bidding?
Yes. Campaigns carry publisher attachments and buyer targets with bid ranges, cost per call, and daily caps. Agencies consume supply by subscribing a queue to a campaign from the Telephony workspace.
How does the availability API work?
Call sources can ping a real-time endpoint to learn how many agents are available, filtered by state licensing and skills, before sending a call. Routing decisions are made from live database state, not a static config file.
What compliance controls apply to routed calls?
State-license routing, DNC suppression, and call caps apply to every routed call, and every recording gets AI compliance scoring. Marketplace publishers are independently vetted before traffic is delivered.
