Our Story
AgentTech I/O was founded in January 2025 by Dustin Snider and Abri White after years of working directly with insurance agencies and witnessing the same frustrations over and over: fragmented tools that didn't talk to each other, compliance risks that kept agency owners up at night, and per-seat costs from legacy CCaaS vendors that made scaling impossible for small and mid-size agencies.
They set out to build a platform that combined everything an insurance agency needs into a single, affordable tool: a dialer, CRM, compliance monitoring, call recording, transcription, coaching, and analytics. No bolt-on fees, no separate CRM license, no long-term contracts. Just $50 per seat per month for the platform, with transparent usage pricing.
In August 2025, AgentTech secured $300,000 in funding from NMS Capital, the Palermo Family Office, at an $850,000 valuation. NMS Capital's own insurance agencies became the first beta users, validating that the platform could handle real-world enterprise operations from day one.
From there, the team moved fast. Advanced AI compliance scoring launched in September 2025. The AI Sales Coach followed in December 2025, giving agents real-time guidance during calls. In January 2026, AgentTech released AI Agents for autonomous call handling and AI Mock Calls for agent training at a fraction of traditional costs. The mobile app launched in March 2026. Today, AgentTech serves over 100 insurance agencies across the United States.
