AgentTech Dialer
The dialing core of the AI contact center.
AgentTech is the AI contact center built for insurance telesales. The Dialer is the contact-center grade core of that platform: where agents place calls, take inbound queues, and work the lead on one screen.
100+ agencies use AgentTech every day. Call center seats are $50. Calling, texting, and AI are billed by usage.

Dialing modes
Preview, progressive, power, predictive, auto, and a manual call.
Outbound campaigns run in five modes from the same screen: preview, progressive, power, predictive, and auto. An agent can also type a number and place the call. Agencies on AgentTech see +40% more talk time per agent per shift.
Preview
The agent sees the contact, then clicks to call. Dial campaigns recommend this mode. The number is loaded, and the agent decides when it dials.
Progressive
Progressive is one of the five outbound modes on that same screen, with preview, power, predictive, and auto.
Power
Power queues the prospect list and pre-loads the next number. The agent clicks once to call.
Predictive
Predictive is one of the five outbound modes on the same screen. The campaign still has hours, a list, and assigned agents, and it waits for Start.
Auto
Auto pre-loads the number so the agent can call with one click from the campaign.
Manual dial and click to call
From the dialer home, the agent opens Call, types a number, and places it. Click to call also starts from the contact record in the CRM.

Agent workspace
One browser screen for the call, the script, and the record.
Agents log in from a modern browser with a headset. There is no desk phone to buy and no client to install. Traditional SIP phones still work for agents who want them. Agents write up to 15 policies a day.
- Dynamic scripts. A script can be scoped to a queue or a campaign, or left open for every call. Placeholders such as the caller's name fill in when the script is shown.
- Built-in CRM. Contacts, custom fields, tags, notes, search, and a timeline of calls, texts, notes, and appointments live on the same record. The seat does not require a second CRM subscription.
- Two-way SMS. Send and receive texts from the dialer. The thread stays on the contact. Auto-replies and bulk messages include opt-out handling.
- Dispositions. After the call, the agent picks the outcome, fills any fields the agency added, and writes a note. Those outcomes can trigger automations.
- Call recording. Inbound and outbound calls are recorded on every queue, including voicemail, and stored for review and coaching.
- Live transcription. Text appears while the conversation is happening. History is searchable, and a result can jump to the recording. Transcription is $0.50 per hour of audio from the prepaid wallet.
- AI Sales Coach. Coaching cards draw on knowledge the agency writes: titles, what to say, trigger keywords, and priority. The panel opens when a call starts. It prompts the agent. It leaves the call connected.

Inbound and call routing
Queues decide who can take the call before it rings.
A queue is where calls wait for an agent. Direction can be inbound, outbound, or blended. Routing strategy, overflow, hours, and the agents on the queue are set in one place. Platform uptime is 99.95%, trailing 12 months.
- Publisher, global, standard, and external queues. Each call source can have its own queue and SIP address. Global queues aggregate availability and fail over. Standard queues are where agents sit. External queues hand a call to another platform through a webhook, with an audit trail.
- Skills, state licenses, and priority. The queue lists the states it accepts. Skills and priority decide which agents are offered the call. A call for a state the agent cannot sell is not offered to that agent.
- Call caps. Caps can limit a queue, agent, number, or publisher by total calls, billable calls, or a maximum cost per sale, and the counters reset on a schedule you set.
- Suppressions. A suppression blocks a number so the agency's calls to it and from it stop. An acceptance entry can let a number through. Lists upload from CSV.
- Transfers, conference, and voicemail. The call bar mutes, sends tones, transfers, or adds someone to a conference. Overflow can send an unanswered call to voicemail, another queue, a transfer, or a waiting room.
- Numbers. Local and toll-free numbers route to a user, a queue, or a publisher. Agents do not each need their own phone number. Local numbers are $1.50 a month and toll-free numbers are $3.50 a month.

Leads and lists
Bring the lists you already own. Work them as campaigns.
Contacts hold the people you call, text, and email. A dial campaign is how an outbound list gets hours, agents, and a mode. Nothing on that campaign dials until someone selects Start.
- Contacts. Add a person, tag them, assign an owner, and keep notes. Import a CSV, or export the list you have. Call, text, and edit sit on the contact card.
- Dial campaigns. Name the campaign, choose the mode, set lead order and hours, assign a lead list, and assign the agents who will work it. Pause stops the campaign. Start is what leaves Draft.
- Callbacks and calendar. Appointments, callbacks, and reminders live with the contact. Supervisors can see the appointments booked across the floor.

Compliance tools
Score the recording after the call. Coach while it is live.
AI compliance scoring runs on the recording, after the call, against the questions on that queue. The AI Sales Coach prompts during the call and does not block it. Scoring supports the compliance process. It does not certify a call or replace the agency's compliance program.
- Every recording is scored. The pass rate, the questions that passed or failed, and a short sales review are on the call. Flagged calls show the transcript and the score together.
- Medicare is the strictest template that ships. It covers Parts A and B, residence, the TPMO disclaimer, election periods, and scope of appointment. Other lines use the same engine with the agency's scripts and questions. There is no prebuilt legal scorecard for every line.
- Rules before the dial. DNC-style suppressions, state-license routing, and call caps run from the lists and queues you configure. Calling windows are yours to set on the campaign.

Supervisor monitoring
See the floor, join the live call, and get an alert when a person should step in.
The agency dashboard shows who is online, available, and on a call. From an agent's card, a supervisor can listen, whisper, or barge. Monitoring is visible to the agent.
- Listen. Silent monitoring. The supervisor hears the call, and nobody hears the supervisor.
- Whisper. Coaching. The supervisor hears the call, and only the agent hears the supervisor.
- Barge. The supervisor joins as a full participant. Everyone on the call hears them.
- Real-time supervisor alerts. A live call that needs a person raises an alert on the floor, with listen, whisper, and barge from that alert. The alert points at the call while it is still in progress.
- Agent status. Supervisors can change an agent's status from the card. The change is immediate and controls whether that agent receives calls. Time tracking records sign-in, sign-out, and time in each status.

Reporting
Results by agent, team, queue, publisher, and state.
Reports cover a date range you set, with KPI cards against the previous period. Performance splits by agent, team, state, queue, and more. Charts, the agent scorecard, compliance, dispositions, and a peak-hours view sit on the same page.
- Exports. CSV and Excel download the tables. Each section can export to PDF.
- Custom reports. Group by dimensions such as agent and day, pick the metrics, filter by queue, publisher, or state, and run the report. Save it, then schedule it to email on a cadence.
- The dashboard. Overview shows calls, sales, cost, and CPA for the range, from today at the start of a shift to a longer review.

Integrations and AI
The dialer stays the system of record. Voice agents, 360, and MCP plug into it.
Automations and the API move call outcomes to the rest of the stack. AI Voice Agents, AgentTech 360, and AgentTech MCP are the add-ons around this workspace.
- Automations and webhooks. A disposition, a call event, a contact update, or a schedule can start a workflow. Conditions, delays, texts, emails, appointments, tags, tasks, and outbound webhooks are included in the seat.
- Full REST API and webhooks. One endpoint and an action parameter cover users, queues, skills, states, dispositions, scripts, call caps, hours, and call detail. A partner availability check lets a lead vendor ask whether a queue can take a call before sending it.
AI Voice Agents
Answer, qualify, follow up, and practice
A receptionist, a qualifier, and outbound follow-up run as routing targets on the queues you already use. AI Mock Calls put an agent on a training queue. Every AI conversation is recorded, transcribed, and scored like a human call. Billed by the minute.
AgentTech 360
The operating system around the dialer
For FMOs and IMOs, AgentTech 360 keeps the agency tree, commissions, and the call center on one record. The Dialer is the telephony workspace inside it. 360 is quoted per organization. Call center seats stay $50.
AgentTech MCP
The same phone system, opened to your AI agents
Connect an agency bot over MCP or REST to the phone system licensed agents already use. Numbers, consent, and the call log stay in the Dialer. A licensed agent still takes the warm transfer.
