Contracting without the paper chase.
The complete multi-carrier contracting and licensing platform: one producer profile that fills every carrier packet, e-signature and electronic submission, NIPR license sync, training and E&O monitoring, appointments by state and line of authority, and a can-sell status every manager can trust.
One profile, every carrier, signed and submitted electronically. See every producer's stage with every carrier, and know who can sell before the call comes in.
From profile to appointed, without a single PDF attachment.
The producer does one thing: complete a profile and sign. The platform builds the packet, checks it against each carrier's rules, submits it, and tracks the appointment back.
- ProfilePre-filled from NIPR. About seven minutes to confirm and complete.
- RequestPick one carrier or twenty. Packets and transmittals assembled per carrier.
- ValidateEach carrier's rules checked. Missing training, licenses, or E&O flagged before sending.
- SignOne on-screen signature applied across every form.
- SubmitElectronically to integrated carriers; a complete signed packet to the rest.
- AppointedConfirmation synced from NIPR. Can-sell updates for routing and quoting.
Monitored every day after the appointment.
Contracting does not stop when the carrier says yes. Every requirement that could lapse is watched, and can-sell changes the moment one does.
Continuously monitored
- State license expirations, resident and non-resident
- PDB changes to license status, address, and demographics
- AML, annuity, LTC, AHIP, and carrier product training
- E&O coverage limits and expiration
- FINRA registration and broker-dealer status
- Background screening results and adverse actions
Acted on automatically
- Expiration and lapse notifications to the producer and their upline
- Can-sell status recomputed per carrier, product, and state
- Queues stop routing calls a producer cannot legally take
- Quote and Enroll blocks applications for carriers the producer is not appointed with
- Optional automatic termination for non-compliance, per carrier
- Every alert, change, and submission in the tenant audit trail
Everything a standalone contracting platform does, inside the platform that runs the rest of your agency.
A standalone contracting tool knows about appointments. It does not know which producer just took a Medicare call in a state they are not licensed in, which commission split depends on that appointment, or which application is about to be submitted for a carrier that has not confirmed them yet.
- Producer records are shared with Network, Commissions, Quote and Enroll, and Telephony.
- Per-carrier hierarchies and commission levels flow straight into Commissions when the first statement arrives.
- Role-based access: an agency administrator manages their downline's contracting, a producer manages their own profile.
- An API and webhooks so your e-application and quoting tools can check can-sell before a case is started.
- Every change is in the audit trail with the rest of the tenant.

FAQs
Questions about Contracting
What does the Contracting module replace?
The standalone multi-carrier contracting and licensing tool most FMOs, IMOs, and BGAs run beside their CRM. Producers complete one profile, request paperwork for any carrier, sign electronically, and the agency submits the packet to the carrier from the same screen. Because Contracting lives inside AgentTech 360, the appointment and licensing records are the same records the hierarchy, Commissions, and the call center use.
How long does the producer profile take?
About seven minutes. Name, NPN, date of birth, and license history are pulled from the producer's NIPR Producer Database report, so the producer confirms what is there, answers the background questions every carrier asks, adds E&O details and training certificates, and signs once. From then on every carrier packet is filled from that profile.
Which carriers are supported?
Any carrier your FMO contracts with. Our forms library covers the contracting packets and transmittals for the Medicare, life, annuity, and health carriers our agencies write, and we update the packet when a carrier releases new forms. Carriers with a direct integration receive the request electronically; the rest receive the completed, signed packet from your agency.
Does it sync with NIPR?
Yes. Licenses, lines of authority, and appointments are synchronized from NIPR, and the profile is monitored for PDB changes so the agency is alerted when a producer's license status, address, or demographic data changes. Resident and non-resident renewals can be started from the license record.
What does it monitor after the producer is contracted?
State license expirations, CE and product training (AML, annuity suitability, LTC, AHIP and carrier-specific certifications), E&O coverage, FINRA status, and background screening results. Alerts and follow-ups go out automatically, and the can-sell status changes the moment a requirement lapses.
How do managers see where an agent stands?
A Kanban board shows each producer's stage with each carrier, from profile started to appointed. Requests move across the board as they are validated, signed, submitted, and confirmed by the carrier, and the can-sell status updates with them.
Does it work with our downline agencies?
Yes. Contracting is tenant-wide. An FMO owner sees every agency's pipeline; an agency administrator sees their own downline; a producer sees their own profile, requests, and licenses through a portal branded to your agency. Hierarchies are stored per carrier, so each request carries the correct upline and commission level.
Can we use Contracting without the dialer?
Yes. It is an independent module in AgentTech 360 and is in beta with FMOs now. Agencies that also run the call center get the added benefit that queues route by state and can-sell status, so licensing records and routing rules live in the same place.
