TAMPA, FL – September 21, 2026 – AgentTech I/O, the AI-powered communication platform for insurance agencies, today announced the general availability of AgentTech 360, a single operating system for insurance field marketing organizations (FMOs), independent marketing organizations (IMOs), and the agencies beneath them. AgentTech 360 puts the agency hierarchy, the call center, quoting and enrollment, contracting, and commissions on one record, so an FMO can follow a policy from the first call to the final payout without an export.

AgentTech 360 extends the AgentTech Dialer, the $50-per-seat insurance dialer and CRM now used by more than 100 agencies, into the rest of the agency's operation. Where the dialer handles the call, AgentTech 360 handles everything the call creates: the lead, the enrollment, the policy, the carrier statement, the commission split, and the agent's appointment and license records that decide whether the sale should have happened at all. The Commissions workspace is also available as a standalone module for FMOs that want to start there.

One record from first contact to retention

Most FMOs run their business across five or six disconnected systems: a dialer, a CRM, a quoting tool, a contracting portal, a commission spreadsheet or standalone commission product, and a reporting layer stitched together by exports. Each system keeps its own copy of the agent, the policy, and the hierarchy, and none of them agree.

AgentTech 360 replaces that stack with one tenant, one agency tree, and one policy record. A lead is routed by state and skill, worked in the dialer with the AI Sales Coach listening, quoted and enrolled through Quote and Enroll, recorded as a policy with its carrier, product, and writing agent, matched to the carrier's statement when it arrives, and paid out through the hierarchy, all against the same record. Every stage is in the timeline, and every dollar is traceable back to the call.

The platform ships with ten workspaces:

  • Home dashboard. Submitted, issued, and paid in one view, by agency, agent, carrier, and product.
  • CRM. Contacts, policies, dispositions, tasks, and the full event timeline per policy.
  • Telephony. The AgentTech Dialer: queues, five dial modes, SMS, recording, transcription, AI compliance scoring, and the AI Sales Coach.
  • Commissions. Statement import and reconciliation, advance and as-earned views, hierarchies, comp templates, and payout cycles paid to agents' bank accounts after approval.
  • Contracting. One producer profile that fills every carrier packet, e-signature, electronic submission, NIPR sync, and a can-sell status routing can trust. In beta with FMOs now.
  • Quote and Enroll, powered by Solved Enrollment. Plan comparison, quoting, and enrollment from inside the CRM, checked against the producer's appointments before a case starts.
  • Network. The agency hierarchy: FMO, agencies, downlines, and brokers, with roles and permissions scoped by agency path.
  • Analytics. TeleSales and CRM reports with commission value, so cost per acquisition is measured against real money.
  • Call marketplace and routing. Real-time bidding campaigns, publisher and buyer management, and hierarchical queues that replace a standalone call-routing platform.
  • Admin and platform compliance. Tenants, users and roles, audit trail, and the compliance engine that scores every recorded call.

"FMOs have been running eight-figure businesses on exports and spreadsheets because no vendor was willing to own the whole record. We built the dialer first because the call is where the money starts. AgentTech 360 follows that money all the way to the payout, and it does it in one place."

Also available on its own: Commissions

Commissions, one of the ten AgentTech 360 workspaces, can also be licensed as a standalone module for FMOs that want to fix commissions before they change anything else. It replaces the monthly ritual of downloading carrier statements, re-keying them into a spreadsheet, and arguing with downlines about what they are owed.

What Commissions does

  • Statement import and reconciliation. Import carrier statements, match each line to a submitted policy, and flag anything that does not reconcile, including chargebacks, which appear next to the policy that caused them.
  • Advance and as-earned views. See what has been advanced, what has been earned, and what is still at risk, per policy, per agent, and per carrier.
  • Payees and hierarchies. Splits and overrides follow the agency tree, with hierarchies stored per carrier so every level is paid the right amount.
  • Comp templates, roles, and rules. Define compensation once per carrier and product and apply it across the downline; exceptions are rules, not spreadsheet cells.
  • Payment cycles. Reconciled statements are processed into payout cycles, weekly, monthly, or on the FMO's own calendar, so every payee is paid from the same approved batch.
  • Approval and automatic payout. An FMO owner or administrator reviews the cycle, approves it, and AgentTech pays each agent's commission directly to their bank account by ACH. No exporting a payroll file, no manual transfers.
  • Payee statements. Every agent sees what they were paid, for which policies, and why, with the deposit tied to the cycle that produced it.
  • Exact money. Amounts are stored in integer cents and rates as exact millionths. No floating-point rounding, ever.

Payment processing closes the loop. Once a carrier statement reconciles, its lines roll into the current payout cycle. The FMO approves the cycle, and the platform disburses each agent's share to the bank account on file, with the hierarchy's overrides and splits applied automatically and every disbursement recorded against the policy that earned it. Chargebacks net against the next cycle instead of becoming a collections problem.

Because Commissions shares the agent and policy records with the dialer, a chargeback is not just a line on a statement. It is tied to the enrollment call, the recording, and the compliance score, which means an FMO can see whether a lapse pattern traces back to a publisher, an agent, or a script. For agencies that also run the call center, commission value flows into TeleSales reports so cost per acquisition is finally measured against real money rather than submitted counts.

"Every FMO we talked to had the same first question: can you fix commissions? Not the dialer, not the CRM, the commissions. So we made it a module you can run on its own: import the statement, approve the cycle, and the agents are paid. When you are ready, the rest of AgentTech 360 is already wired to it."

Built for the hierarchy

AgentTech 360 is tenant-wide and role-aware. An FMO owner sees every agency's pipeline, every carrier statement, and every payout. An agency administrator sees their own downline. A field broker sees their own policies, appointments, and statements. Permissions are scoped by agency path, so adding a new downline agency is a matter of placing it in the tree, not configuring a new system.

The compliance engine that scores every recorded call on the dialer now also serves carriers. Because AgentTech 360 has the call, the enrollment, and the commission on one record, carriers and FMOs can use the same evidence to see enrollment risk across their whole distribution, including the fraud and risk indicators that lead to chargebacks and complaints.

Availability

AgentTech 360 is available today to FMOs, IMOs, and agencies in the United States. Contracting is in beta with select FMOs and will reach general availability later this year. The Commissions workspace can be licensed on its own. The AgentTech Dialer remains $50 per seat per month with the built-in CRM, with VoIP and AI usage billed by usage. Pricing for AgentTech 360 and the Commissions module is quoted per organization based on hierarchy size and statement volume.

Agencies and FMOs can schedule a demo at agenttech.io/schedule-demo. Existing AgentTech Dialer customers will see the AgentTech 360 workspaces in their admin dashboard starting today.
